Spring Hill, Florida / Hernando County: 3 Kings Day Festival SCHEDULE OF EVENTS! Location: YMCA of Hernando County 1300 Mariner Blvd, Spring Hill, Florida 12 NOON to 5:00 PM. About the Event - Volunteer Info: [email protected] - Entertainment Schedule Parking: FREE Parking, first come first serve. Vendors/Exhibitors MUST DROP OFF at their set up area and THEN PARK: Please come only at your assigned time. Follow signs for drop off area. Please note, you must drop off your stuff on the sidewalk drop off area, then go to park your car.
You must not leave your car double parked in the street while you look for your spot. You must not leave your car double parked in the street while you set up your assigned spot. If possible, have someone unload your set up stuff and go and set up, while you find your parking space. |

VENDORS: TENT WEIGHTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL TENTS (35 Lbs on each leg)
(PLEASE SHOW UP ONLY DURING YOUR SCHEDULED TIME)
All Vendors must be set up by: 11:30 AM
The Festival will be open to the public: 12:00 NOON
The Festival will end at 5:00 PM (Vendors are not allowed to leave until 5:00 PM)
FOOD and DRINK VENDORS: 8:30 AM
All OTHER VENDORS or EXHIBITORS: 10:00 AM
We provide you with a 10x10 Space. (Unless your package included a bigger spot)
Please bring your own 10x10 Tent, TENT WEIGHTS are REQUIRED.
Tent Weights need to be: 30Lbs on each leg of the tent.
Please also bring your other things that you will need including your tables, chairs, electricity, and any other things that you may need. If you need to rent anything, please let us know in advance and we will send you an order form.
If you bring your own generator, please make sure that you also bring 2-3 cones to place around it for safety.
